Aim of the Center: to develop electronic teaching materials for the students of the university and to implement IT technologies at the university including its units.

The Center is responsible for:
- the development of electronic teaching materials;
- the use of electronic teaching materials in the teaching process;
- the development of instructions for the use of the electronic teaching materials;
- teaching the university staff to use the newest IT technologies in their work;
- the improvement of the technologies of distance learning;
- the development and support of the university site.
